We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The caravan exceeded all expectations - it was clean, modern, warm, and had all the necessary amenities. The host, Louise, was very responsive and provided clear communication. We appreciated that the keys were left in a key box outside the caravan, making check-in easy. There was also parking available for one car. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and spotlessly clean. This location is great for those looking for peace and quiet, while still being close to New Quay. There are lovely walks nearby and the resort is pet-friendly. The accommodation itself was outstanding, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Can't fault anything about it.

We loved the peaceful and well-maintained caravan with its lovely decor. The owner's attention to detail was superb, providing everything we needed from ice in the freezer to shampoo and conditioner. The brand new fluffy towels were a great touch. The site was also very dog-friendly, with poo bags and bins available, as well as a great dog beach nearby. The club house and park, although closed during our stay, were a handy addition to the site for future visits. our expectations were exceeded and we would highly recommend staying here for a comfortable and convenient experience.
We felt completely happy with our stay and had nothing to complain about.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was secluded and surrounded by nature. The accommodation exceeded my expectations, with a clean and modern interior. The fact that towels and bedding were provided was a bonus.
There was poor TV reception, leaving us with limited channels to watch. It was also disappointing that the onsite pub and restaurant were closed, and we were not informed about this prior to our stay.
